Bassic Color Picker 2010
Color Picker 2010. Runtimes for Framework 2.0 and 3.5    512 times

Features:
Four ways to grab the colors from your screen in real-time:

1) Use the eye-dropper to capture colors from applications running on your desktop.
Once you point at an object on your screen, simply release the mouse to retain the color.
The following values types are available to you:

  • RGB
  • Decimal
  • Hexadecimal
2) Enter the RBG values directly into the RBG textboxes.

3) Use the RBG sliders to generate the colors.
You may also click the buttons on the left or right of each slider.

4) Enter the HEX values directly into the hexadecimal textbox.

Once you typed in the hex value, hit ENTER or click the button directly below the hex textbox.

Whichever way you choose to generate the colors or color codes you will be able to get the codes into your clipboard by clicking the appropriate buttons next to each of the code types.

Another cool feature is the "Grey Lock". Once checked, the three sliders remain locked to each other. The first slider you grab is the location to which the remaining two sliders will lock themselves to. At this point moving any of the sliders will cause all three to move simultaneously which in turn generates only grey colors.

New features:

Choose from two form sizes, regular and large. Use the menu or hit ALT+L to toggle the size.

Hide all the controls on the form. Use the menu or hit ALT+H to toggle hiding/showing the controls. Useful when you would like to envision a color without the distraction of all those controls.

Show tool tips for each of the controls. Use the menu or hit ALT+T.
By default this feature is turned off.
Tool tips may be helpful when you first start using the Bassic Color Picker, however once you are familiar with it's features they may become annoying more than anything.

Actual size three times larger and six times larger
